Hello! I’m Talia, and it’s so nice to meet you. I’m a personal trainer originally from Long Island, and I started my fitness journey as a dancer. Dance was my stress reliever, but, when college came around, I realized my dance moves weren’t quite cutting it (believe me, I wasn’t that good at it). That’s when I hit the gym and discovered a new way to blow off steam.
After trying just about every workout under the sun, I noticed a major problem: so many fitness programs push self-criticism and force you into routines that make you want to hit snooze. That’s where I come in. My goal is to make working out something you actually look forward to while helping you achieve realistic goals.
I’m all about bringing my New York energy and showing you that you’re stronger than you think—both mentally and physically. Let’s team up to find a fitness routine that’s as unique and vibrant as you are!
